Bob Mulhern is the Managing Director and Arizona Market Leader for Transwestern, overseeing Arizona operations and supporting growth across brokerage, development, and property management, while collaborating with our development, investment, and hospitality sister companies. With over three decades of industry experience, Bob has previously held senior leadership roles at Colliers, Reliance Companies, Ryan Companies, and CBRE.
As an active leader in the Phoenix community, Bob co-founded Great Hearts Academies Arizona and currently serves as a Trustee of Arizona State University. Bob was recently named one of Arizona’s Top 50 Business Leaders by Arizona Big Media.

Nate Lowrie, CEO - Bjerk Builders
Nate Lowrie is the CEO of Bjerk Builders, a Phoenix-area commercial contractor with nearly four decades of experience delivering projects across retail, office, healthcare, and industrial sectors. In 2024, Lowrie led the investor group that acquired the firm, bringing it under new ownership while continuing its legacy of more than $750 million in completed projects since 1986. Before returning to the construction industry, he served for 15 years as CEO of the Valleywise Health Foundation, where he guided the organization through significant growth and community impact.

Rachelle Smith-Strole, Founder and Co-Owner, CAMCRE
Rachelle Smith-Strole is the owner and founder of Capital Asset Management (CAMCRE), a commercial real estate development, brokerage, and asset management firm headquartered in Phoenix. With a career spanning development, banking, and commercial asset management, she has worked across the full lifecycle of real estate projects—from acquisition and financing to redevelopment and operations. In 2009, she co-founded Capital Asset Management to oversee complex portfolios, including a national FDIC structured-sale portfolio exceeding $700 million in commercial assets. Smith-Strole’s experience includes development, asset management, brokerage, and advisory roles for developers, lenders, and institutional investors.

John Mocarski, Design Build Executive - LGE Design Build
John Mocarski is a licensed architect, joined LGE Design Group in 2015 serving as Project Director, Senior Project Manager and Lead Construction Administrator. He became Project Executive at LGE Design Build in 2021, Director of Business Development in 2023 and currently Design Build Executive. John guides clients through LGE’s Design Build process, collaborating with design, preconstruction, and building teams. His strong relationship withs with city staff across the Valley streamlines the approval process.

Sherman Cawley, President - Cawley Architects
Sherman Cawley is the founder and president emeritus of Cawley Architects, a commercial architecture firm he established in 1994 after more than a decade refining his craft in architectural practice. A native Arizonan and graduate of Cornell University, Cawley has practiced architecture in the Phoenix region for more than four decades. His firm is known for its collaborative design-build approach and has contributed to the development of hundreds of commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings throughout Arizona, representing more than 20 million square feet of projects across the region.

Walt Brown Jr., Founder and CEO - Diversified Partners
Walt Brown Jr. is the founder, CEO, and designated broker of Diversified Partners, a commercial real estate brokerage and development firm based in Scottsdale. Brown founded the company in 1996 after beginning his career in commercial real estate in California and later relocating to Arizona. Over more than three decades in the industry, he and his partners have leased, sold, or developed more than 5,000 commercial properties totaling over 12 million square feet nationwide. Known for his retail and land development expertise, Brown has worked with major national tenants including Starbucks, Walmart, LA Fitness, and Home Depot.

Cassie Wells is the Founder and CEO of Modern Business Development, a firm dedicated to helping construction companies build sustainable, relationship-driven growth strategies. With over a decade of experience in the AEC industry, she began her career in corporate sales for a national audio visual integrator, where she developed a passion for connecting people, projects, and opportunities.
She founded Modern BD to address a critical gap for contractors who need high-level business development strategy without the overhead of a full-time executive.
